Our Mission

Mountain View Family Medicine strives to provide the highest quality, patient-centered medical care in the setting of a small private practice. We value the diversity and challenge that all patients bring and try to provide diversity of skill and style in our healthcare team, from those who greet you to the physicians and physician assistants who administer your healthcare. Working in partnership with our patients, we believe you can achieve the ultimate goal of exceptional health in body, mind and spirit.

Office Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (phones answered from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
We are closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, Christmas, New Year’s Day

How to Reach Us After Hours

If you have a life-threatening emergency, PLEASE CALL 911.

For other emergent and urgent questions after hours and on the weekends, please call our main number and the answering service will page the physician on call. If you have not received a call back in 30 minutes, please call again.

On occasion there are electronic mishaps and the phones do not transfer automatically to the answering service after hours. If you experience this issue, call the answering service directly at 303-281-8927.

We do not use our internal office mailbox system after hours or on holidays. If you reach our office voicemail box system at those times, hang up and dial the answering service number above.

Urgent care: We reserve appointment spots daily in which to accommodate acutely sick or injured patients; in most circumstances you do not need to go to an Urgent Care facility or an ER during working hours. Please call the office if you experience an acute medical issue or injury during working hours and we will advise you about the best treatment options and availability.

Canadian Immigration: Dr. Wegleitner is a Designated Medical Practitioner (DMP) for the Canadian government.  If you need an immigration health evaluation, please contact our receptionists at 303-759-4800 to set up a convenient time.
