Charlene is the most senior employee at Mountain View, working here since 1996. Although her formal training was in medical assisting, she has primarily served our patients through her dedicated work at the front desk. There are times when you’ll find her in the “back office” too, due to her added skills in back office medical assisting. Her experience, honesty and independence are invaluable to our team.

Shanaela is the most recent addition to our team, joining Charlene at the front desk in October of 2008. The two have developed a partnership and team spirit that is evident to each patient they greet. Despite being relatively new to Mountain View, Shanaela has 11 years of experience working in the medical field.  Shanaela is a Colorado Native and enjoys her 3 children.

Shelly grew up in Logan, Utah but settled in Colorado where her children and grandchildren live. She has been a certified medical assistant for 15 years and joined the Mountain View Family Medicine team in 2007. In addition to her other many talents, Shelly is proficient in American Sign Language.

Jennifer grew up in Orlando Florida but has called Colorado home since 1999. She graduated from Parks College with a certification in medical assisting in 2005 and joined Dr. Adolf’s staff in their previous practice location. Subsequently, she brought her energy and talents to Mountain View as Dr. Adolf moved her practice in December of 2006.

Jyl has worn several hats at Mountain View, but since 2004 has devoted her energy to billing and collecting services. She tirelessly interacts with many insurance companies, to assure collection of our patients’ full insurance benefits. When not billing, Jyl is dizzy with delight at her three children, a daughter and twin sons.

David contracts part of his time to Mountain View Family Medicine as Office Administrator. His expertise in practice management and “numbers crunching” makes his contribution to the continued success of our practice invaluable. He has served as Practice Administrator at Oasis Family Practice for years and also runs a private consulting company as President of Rocky Mountain Medical Billing and Consulting, P.C.
